  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, including opting into SMS/MMS messaging, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

  1. Description of Services

Arknet provides computer repair, IT support, managed services, cybersecurity, software support, and communications relating to service updates, scheduling, billing, or marketing (with consent).

  1. A2P Messaging Program Terms

  • Message Types: appointment reminders, service updates, alerts, support, marketing (with consent).
  • Opt-In: providing your number online, in person, by form, or texting a keyword.
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP (or STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). A confirmation may follow.
  • Help: Text HELP or call (561) 635-3413.
  • Message/Data Rates: may apply; frequency varies.
  • Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, others (subject to change).
  • User Responsibilities: provide accurate ownership of number; no auto-dialer misuse.
  • Compliance: TCPA, CTIA, A2P 10DLC.

  1. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate info, use services lawfully, secure accounts, and avoid interference or misuse.

  1. Payments, Billing, Refunds

Pricing disclosed before work unless emergency/hourly. Invoices may be sent via email or SMS. Refunds per warranty/refund policy.

  1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by phone, online, or in person. Missed appointments may incur fees.

  1. Service Warranty

Limited warranties provided depending on service; details on invoice or upon request.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Arknet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to fees paid. Data backup is user responsibility.

  1. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

No guarantee all issues can be resolved or that third-party hardware/software will operate without error.

  1. Third-Party Services

Arknet is not responsible for third-party failures, terms, or policies.

  1. Privacy

Governed by Arknet’s Privacy Policy, including SMS/MMS data handling and opt-in records.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations, fraud, or nonpayment. Users may discontinue use anytime.

  1. Governing Law

Governed by Florida law.

  1. Changes to Terms

Updates may occur anytime and take effect upon posting or notification.
